In listening further to my music, I found a deeper feeling in it.  He sang mostly acapella, drawing me closer into his world when the guitar suddenly came in.  I think this was a way of connecting to the listener in a way he intended his piece to be heard.  It was not whether it was CD by CD, vinyl, MP3, etc..., but just in a way he presented the concept of the sound.
